Any content uploaded by Bibli’s founders (such as report text, images, or media) is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Bibli does not currently store or process any user accounts, payment data, or personally identifiable information.

Although no online service is completely secure, Bibli takes reasonable steps to maintain the security of its infrastructure.

5. Legal compliance

Bibli is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including:

  • The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
  • The United Kingdom GDPR,
  • The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and
  • South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA),
    to the extent that these laws apply.
